Mission

The Research Group Organizations and Social Change (OSC) at the Department of Management and Marketing, University of Massachusetts Boston, specializes in research around issues at the intersection of business and society, such as sustainability, workforce diversity, economic development, and globalization. The research group runs an interdisciplinary PhD track which leverages the group’s reputation and distinctive vision to prepare graduates to be active academics and leaders in meeting these complex, global challenges.
